Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged kitchen sink and washing machine grey drain line. We used a water pressure device at a cleanout underneath the home and cleared a grease blockage in the line. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the main drain stack underneath the home in the crawlspace with new PVC piping and fittings for the kitchen sink, toilet, washing machine, bathroom sink, and bathtub/shower, add strapping to the floor joists for support, and do away with the grey drain line.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced two leaking outside hose bib spigots with new Woodford 19 models along with tying them into the existing main water supply line underneath the home with new PEX piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath the home. We found a leak on a copper flex water supply line. We cut out the leaking section of pipe and repaired it with new PEX piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing came out, and after cutting an access in the wall, replaced a leaking bathtub/shower faucet valve with a new customer-supplied Moen rough-in valve; added a chrome trim kit (replacing the shower head, handheld wand, valve cover, and handle); converted the valve's copper above-floor hot and cold water supply lines to PEX piping and fittings - tying them into the home's existing copper main water lines; and installed a plastic plumbing access panel over the hole we cut in the wall.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to remove two existing bathtubs/showers and replace them with two new 3-piece walk-in units along with installing new Delta shower faucet valves with trim (two-in-one shower heads, faucet valve handles and covers, and drain covers), PVC drains, PEX hot and cold water supply lines with shut-offs, and plastic plumbing access panels along with connecting the new drain and water supply lines to the existing drain and water connections underneath the home.
Pride Plumbing came out and rebuilt a Prier P-164 quarter-turn wall hydrant by replacing its vacuum breaker. After the rebuild, we tested the wall hydrant for leaks and proper operation with no issues.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath the home. We found a leak on a PEX water supply line. We cut out the leaking section of pipe and repaired it with new PEX piping and fittings. We also provided a cost estimate to 1) repipe and replace the water supply lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to the fixtures in the kitchen, at the washing machine, and in two bathrooms, with new PEX piping and fittings; and 2) repipe and replace the drain lines in the crawlspace, going to all the fixtures in the home (kitchen, two bathrooms, and a washing machine), with new PVC piping; installing new fittings and supports under the house for each fixture.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a leaking bathtub/shower valve. We installed new seats and springs inside the valve and tested it with no further issues. We provided a cost estimate to replace the bathtub/shower faucet valve with a new Delta single function valve, add a Delta chrome trim kit (replacing the shower head, valve cover and handle, overflow cover, and downspout push button diverter) and convert the valve's copper above-floor hot and cold water supply lines to PEX piping and fittings; tying them into the home's existing copper main water lines.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to replace two leaking Prier outside hose bib spigots with new models along with tying them into the existing main water supply line underneath the home with new PEX piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to install a bathroom sink vanity and new Delta faucet (this includes cutting holes in the floor for the PVC drain and PEX water supply lines; installing the sink's P-trap and drain line under the sink; tying the water supply and drain lines into their respective water and sewer mains under the home; mounting the faucet; installing hot and cold water shut-off valves under the sink; and installing the faucet's hot and cold braided stainless steel water supply lines).
Pride Plumbing was called out for no water from a well. We replaced the well's 30/50 pump pressure switch and pressure gauge, and charged the well tank. We also provided cost estimates to 1) install a new submersible pump assembly (this would include installing the pump, black roll piping, torque arrester, wiring, tank tee, and well seal); and 2) repair a water leak underneath the home using new PEX piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing was called out for no water from a well. The customer stated that the home had been vacant for a couple of months, and when he tried to turn the water back on for a new renter, it wouldn’t come on. Our inspection found that the points on the well's pump switch were stuck. We were able to get them unstuck and get the water to come back on. We also provided cost estimates to 1) replace the well's 30/50 pump switch and gauge, charge the tank, and replace the well's submersible pump and wiring; 2) install a new submersible pump assembly (this would include replacing the pump, piping, wiring, tank tee, and well seal); 3) repair a leaking water supply line underneath the home; and 4) replace a leaking 40-gallon electric water heater with a new model.
Pride Plumbing was called out for low water pressure in the home after a water line repair. We removed and cleaned all the aerators in the all faucets, and removed and cleaned the braided stainless steel water supply lines at the washing machine and toilet.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak in the yard. We dug down and found a leak on a section of the black roll outside main water supply line. We cut out the faulty section of pipe and repaired it with new PEX piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a leaking shower head in one bathroom and a broken non-working shower downspout diverter in a second bathroom. For the leaking shower head, we replaced the cartridge inside the shower valve with a new Delta RP46074 grey cartridge. For the broken diverter, we removed and replaced it with a new Mainline ML90200 slide-on model. We also provided cost estimates to 1) replace the shower valves in both bathrooms; and 2) replace a toilet with either a new customer supplied model or a Pride Plumbing supplied Gerber Viper model (this would include inspecting/cleaning/replacing the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line).
